Exchange Polices
We take pride in all the products we sell. We understand that all computer monitors colors may vary so we allow exchanges under the following policies once. We strive for accuracy on our color charts. Sorry, no refunds. State law requires that We do not accept returns. When you do an exchange please return the hair spray also, because the new one will be sent with hair spray.If you do not return the hairspray you will be charged 4.95 for it during your credit.Orders made online must exchange online. Check orders simply return items for exchange with original invoice with in 10 day of date receive by you.
Exchanges are accepted with in a 10 day time frame of you receiving the order.All reorders for exchanges and original order to be exchanged must be post marked with in this time frame.
We allow 5 business post office days for you to receive your order,after that you have 5 business days to exchange online.
. All exchanges are done online. Please place another order for the color you want to exchange for make a copy of that invoice and return it with the original invoice and item to be credited. Exchanges must have copy of original invoice enclosed and exchange invoice copy. This way you receive the new color with in days and can be credited for the original purchase as soon as its returned. We do not pay the shipping on exchanges.
Exchanges must be done by the original purchaser only. If invoice and New invoice is not enclosed we will return the item(s) to you at your expense by priority mail(prices vary on shipping charges due to weight and a handling fee)the original card purchasers credit card will be charged for this return to you shipping.
Item must be in "same as new" condition with hair net, tag, and plastic zip lock bag. We reserve the right to refuse your exchange if we feel the product has been compromised. Your item will be returned to you at your expense as stated above.
Did you make a mistake on your order?
If you place an incorrect order for quantity or color you will need to cancel the order and then reorder .If you just forgot an item its cheaper to just place an order for it than cancel the other order. Orders can be cancelled with in a 24 hour period of when you place the order. This includes weekends and holidays. A $10.00 cancellation fee will apply to all orders that have NOT been shipped. Once shipped an item cannot be canceled we are shipping 2 to 48 hours at this time. You will be contacted if you try to cancel and your item has already shipped by email. If you do not give us your e mail when ordering or canceling you will not be notified and the order will be charged appropriately. Refused Items will be subject to a 25.00 fee plus original shipping and handling fees. You can not cancel by phone, we need a E Mail from you. Go to contact section. Phone ordering: If you do not have computer access, even though we are a online only company, you may call in your order, and we will process your order online for you. By ordering on the phone you are agreeing to all online policy and terms listed. We are not responsible for phone order errors. See contact for phone information.
