Exchange Polices

    We take pride in all the products we sell. If the product you received has a factory defect, we will be happy to exchange it with the same item. We understand that all computer monitors colors may vary so we allow exchanges under the following policies once. we strive for accuracy on our color charts. Sorry, no refunds. State law requires that We do not accept returns.

Exchanges are accepted with in a 5 business day time frame of your reciept,all reorders for exchanges and original order to be exchanged must be post marked with in this time frame.

For priority orders we allow 5 post office days for your reciept from time we ship.

2 day service= 2 fed ex or UPS / U.S.P.S business days from time we ship for your reciept.

Overnight orders are 1 day from time of shipping for your reciept. Acception is if you order is due to ship on a friday.

    Exchanges: Notes are not acceptable. If original invoice and exchange order invoiceis not enclosed we will return the items to you at your expence by priority mail(prices vary on shipping charges due to weight and a handeling fee)the origianal card purchasers credit card will be charged for this. By ordering on our website or at times by phone you are agreeing to all our policy and terms with in it. 

    Item must be in "same as new" condition with hair net, tag, and plastic zip lock bag. We reserve the right to refuse your exchange if we feel the product has been compromised. Your item will be returned to you at your expence as stated above.

    Unused. Even if the wig was only tried on, due to California Sanitation Laws, we are unable to resell the wig as new, therefore we are unable to furnish a credit. All items will be inspected by our expert return/exchange department. Items must not be combed, brushed, contain hairspray or any other external odors.

Order Changes

    A $10.00 fee will be applied for any changes made to an order that has not been shipped.

Order Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled with in a 24 hour period of when you place the order. This includes weekends and holidays. A $10.00 cancellation fee will apply to all orders that have not been shipped. Once shipped an item cannot be canceled. If the item has not been shipped but has been processed to ship a 10.00 cancellation fee plus the shipping and handeling fees will apply. You will be contacted if you try to cancel and your item has already shipped by email. Refused Items will be subject to a 25.00 fee plus original shipping and handeling fees. Your card will be charged for or credited the difference with in 10 days. You must cancel by  email at instantcurls@charter.net .

Privacy Policy

    Instant Curls respects the privacy of our customers and visitors, and we keep all customer information strictly confidential. We never sell, distribute, trade or transfer e-mail addresses or any other personal information.
